Fresh Onion

The fresh onions are graded and packaged in
• nets holding 1 or 2 kilos,
• bags holding 5, 10, or 25 kilos
• Big Bags containing 1300 kilos.

Fresh peeled onion

Technical specifications :
For this product, fresh onions are used (with a low water content). The onions are washed, trimmed, then graded (only large onions are used) and peeled. They are then packaged as they are.

Use :
They are particularly suitable for cured meats for freshness of the product. This product should be used within 7 days of being opened.
