Our onion activity is comprehensively managed by means of a selection programme for the varieties to be used, close contacts with producers and total mastery of the transformation process (drying and sterilisation).

 

 


Tradition and Innovation

STL offers its partners dehydrated products and vegetable pulps made from onion, garlic, shallot, asparagus and parsley.
Mastery of a new continuous sterilisation process makes it possible to market a range of vegetable garnishes that can be stored at room temperature for as long as 12 months: Vegetable Bags.
