White asparagus powder is obtained from varieties of asparagus (asparagus officinalis) that have been specially selected and grown with a view to being dried. Prime grade fresh asparagus is sorted, washed, cut and then dried by means of hot air. Next the dried asparagus is ground and sieved in order to achieve a white powder.

Use :
Dried asparagus powder can be used in soups, creamy soups, soufflés, tarts, sauces, etc..
