Technical specifications :
Vegetable Bag preparations are prepared from fresh vegetables which after being peeled, washed, chopped and briefly sterilised at a high temperature, are aseptically packaged in aluminised bags. The process used has many advantages over tins or deep-freezing methods and the products have several advantages over fresh products :
• Products can be stored at room temperature.
• Products are usable for 12 months.
• A 100% natural product ( no additives, no preservatives).
• Preservation of organoleptic qualities.
• Ready for use, easy to use.
• Packs from 2 to 200 kilos.

Products available
• Sliced, chopped or puréed onion.
• Garlic purée.
• Cooked tomato sauce.

Customised mixtures can be created in response to customer requirements : fried onions, onions with vinegar, onions à la Basquaise (with tomatoes, garlic, sweet peppers), onions à la Dijonnaise (with mustard sauce), marinated onions, onion gratin, etc. These vegetables preparations, based on onions, make it possible to create various versions of one basic dish, thus adding an original touch.

In cooked meats, delicatessen products, pizzas, tarts, ready-cooked dishes, oriental dishes, soups, sauces, salads, meat dishes, fish dishes, etc...
