This product is obtained from varieties of parsley (petrosilenum sativum) that have been specially selected and grown with a view to being dried. Top grade fresh parsley is sorted, washed, destalked and then dried by means of hot air

Use :
In numerous vegetable and meat dishes, snail butter, shellfish dishes, dishes prepared à la provençale, etc.
